Request for quote for a Polywell Computers Mini PC
We work on a project basis. The unit price depends on the size of the consignment and is calculated individually. We can ship products anywhere in the world according to your requests. Please fill in this form and click on the " Submit " button. We will send you an estimate for the shipment of your order. Please note that some items are mandatory (marked with an asterisk). We do need them for correct model selection. For example, we do not want you to give us an approximate volume and delivery schedule because we want to give more weight to customers with larger quantities. All customers are equal, and all are welcome. The fact is that, under the current conditions of a global shortage of electronic components, delivery times of some models can take 10 to 12 weeks. That is why we want to know the approximate delivery volumes, so that we do not make you wait too long, but offer a more affordable model at the moment.
For example, a specific model or generation of processor, if known.
Polywell Test Drive
Polywell Computers is fully aware that in many cases the applications of our customers are complex enough and it's difficult to predict that the selected hardware will resolve the customer’s problems 100% proof. The only method that will ensure the proper choice of hardware configuration is testing in real environment while running real applications. Moreover, we understand as well that nobody is obliged to take our words about the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems for granted. Only real experience may confirm our words. That's why we grant our existing and potential customers the 30 days' test drive of any of our systems FOR FREE. To qualify for the Polywell Test Drive you should agree with our terms listed below and submit this form to us.
Please, specify CPU, RAM, storage, wired and wireless network interfaces, I/O ports (including video outputs, USB 3 and USB 2 ports, serial ports), chassis (fanless or with fan), operating system. You may also indicate your specific demands here.
1. You submit the below form.
2. We send you the Testing Agreement to sign. It will be accompanied by a formal quote to specify the system configuration and price.
3. You return to us the signed Testing Agreement.
4. We ship you the eval system for free.
5. You enjoy 30 days of free Polywell Test Drive. Of course, not damaging our system or any of its parts and packaging.
6. After 30 days you must ship it back to us at your expense.
7. Or you may decide to keep the evaluation system. In such a case we will issue the invoice to you covering the unit cost and shipping cost. This invoice must be paid by you.
